27 Questions

So, I saw these questions on my friend's blog. I thought it looked neat, so here's my answers!
(visit Jocelyn's blog here for her answers)

Favorite thing to drink on a hot summer's day?
Raspberry Coke! You can find it at Noodles or Cafe Rio (or any restaurant that has those coke dispenser things-best invention ever...)

What's your favorite outfit?
Tough one... For everyday I love skinny jeans, a comfy shirt and cardigan, matched with cute flats. For church, I love any printed dress or skirt with my nude heels.

How did you meet your significant other?
Haven't met him yet... but I hope to meet him when I least expect it. That way, the most ordinary way to meet someone will become extraordinary.

If you could only pick one book to recommend to the world, what would it be and why?
I promise I'm not stealing this from Jocelyn... But definitely the Book of Mormon. I would also recommend Tuesday's with Morris by Mitch Albom. It's a feel-good short read packed with life-lessons.

What is your favorite mythical animal?
First thing that popped into my head was a unicorn. But I want a house-elf as well.

What one thing makes you smile the most?
When random, happy things happen during the day.

If you had a beard, what would you name it?
Harry.

If you had a pet dragon, what would it look like?
She would have royal purple scales with silver wings, gold finger nails, and long black eyelashes. She would also like cuddling and taking long flights on the beach.

What quality is required in a friend?
Loyalty.

What movie makes you cry every time you watch it?
Hmmm... Not really a movie crier. But I did cry when Ru died in The Hunger Games movie. Probably because I cried when I read that part in the book.

What food are you a boss at making? ex: pancakes, guac, cupcakes, etc.
Sounds gross, but I make a delicious meatloaf (ask my family). I'm also good at making rolo cookies and strawberry spinach salad with poppy seed dressing.

What is your favorite article of clothing?
Jeans and scarfs. I have way too many of both.

What is your least favorite sound and your favorite smell?
I can't think of a sound I don't like... But my favorite smells are Christmas, after it rains, and a good cologne.

N*Sync or The Backstreet Boys?
N*Sync was my boyband growing up!

What is your favorite book and why?
I have a goal to be more of a book worm... But I would say Harry Potter because those books made growing up and imagination magical and The Hunger Games because the story was meant to be a deeper meaning about the way our society is headed.

Do you believe in life after death?
Yes.

What fiction character(s) do you identify with the most?
Elizabeth Bennet from Pride and Prejudice.

If you could be any animal for a day, what would you be?
A cow that lives in India (just kidding). Probably a dolphin.

Describe your dream life:
Growing old with the love of my life and looking back on a life that was filled with fun adventures, hilarious stories, having kids, being successful,  having a cute house, traveling the world, and being surrounded by friends and family that I love.

What are you most afraid of?
Never getting married. I honestly think marriage is a miracle. Two people, with the same standards and goals in life, that are attracted to each other, falling in love, at the same and right time, seems like such a feat.

What's your main goal in life?
Live life with no regrets. Don't be afraid to try new things.

What's your favorite song?
I Must be Dreaming by The Maine.

Who is that one person that means everything to you?
My parents... They have always been there for me.

Do you believe in god/ a higher being? If you do, at what point have felt the closest to him/her?
Yes, and this is kind of a personal question. But I definitely feel close to Him everyday, especially when I pray and ask for comfort or strength.

What superpower would you want and why?
Teleportation. I hate driving, especially when other drivers are being noobs.

If you could alter any moment in your life, which would you?
Every morning I wish that I could alter time to sleep in more... maybe my superpower should be to stop time. Haha. Seriously though, I would definitely want to go back and stop time when I was in Italy and Switzerland. Europe is incredible. The memories I have are amazing, I want to relive them over and over again. I really came to know myself. I would also like to relive dancing fulltime when I was in high school, those are amazing memories as well. I wouldn't take it for granted.
