Before our business visits we went to the Wall of Reform. There were these giant chess sets that we played with. I stepped in as the Queen. It was so much fun. We ended up stale-mating, which was too bad. My team almost won. The whole group also stopped at the famous giant fountain. I can't remember the name because it's in French. It was awesome to see up close.
Our first business visit was the United Nations. It was really cool walking around and learning about the different meetings and organizations.
We next drove to the Nestle corporate headquarters. Wow, the building and location was incredible. They must do a lot of tours because their six floor was decked out with displays of their product. I thought the most interesting number one priority in the company was food/product safety.
Next we had a group surprise. We went to the castle of Vevey. It was really huge! I can't imagine running a castle that big. I really liked the amazing views of Lake Geneva. We also played this game of pass along the unwanted hotel key card. You would have to sneakily put the card in another's pocket without them noticing. It was fun.
We then drove to Bern. There's not much in Bern. We did walk around and enjoy Switzerland's wonderful landscape and the caged bears. The Bern Bears to be exact.
So, McDonalds has officially saved me a couple of times this trip. This time I got McDonalds because it's the cheapest thing in Switzerland. And when I say cheap I mean it's about 12 dollars for a meal, but still the cheapest food we could find. It's ridiculous!!! Switzerland is expensive and I don't like it.
After we got to the hotel I played a chess and checkers game with Chelsea. It was so fun! But I lost both times because Chelsea is a genius.

Picture of the game. My poor king is cornered.
